Yealink WH62 Series

Yealink WH62 is a call centres dream, with stereo or mono options, up to 160m wireless range and 14 hours talk time, it is suitable for users daily communication needs. The WH62 headset is the entry-level convertible DECT wireless headset that supports high-density installation in the open office, which allows up to 200 users to enjoy the wireless communication at the same time.

Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology ensuring the two Microphones built in WH62 block the background noise automatically but ensure participant voice be heard clearly, boosting the communication efficiency. When raising the Mic-Boom to within 30 degrees, the headset will automatically activate mute function, ensuring that you can easily switch to a private conversation.

No EHS adapters needed for the WH62 as you can connect the desk phone directly with one USB cable. With 2 Micro USB ports contained in the base it can support connecting with PC and phone simultaneously.

Comes in Teams or UC variant. Yealink WH62 also comes in the Portable version which includes a DECT Dongle for Hybrid working
